DIGITALPRODUCTSFACTORY

We ideate, design and develop proprietary digital products.

How our products are born and developed

We do not start software development based on simple assumptions. We follow a defined methodology to ensure every solution addresses a real need and has clear long-term sustainability.

  • 1.

    Problem identification and validation

We identify inefficiencies and critical points in digital markets. Before moving into development, we conduct in-depth analyses and consult our partner network to verify that the problem is genuine, widespread, and warrants a dedicated product.

  • 2.

MVP and testing in a controlled environment

Once the hypothesis is confirmed, we develop an essential first version of the product (MVP) in-house. We submit it to a selected group of users and partners to evaluate its performance in the field, collecting the data needed to optimise the architecture and prepare the Alpha version.

  • 3.

    Market validation (Alpha version)

We release the Alpha version with a specific objective: to verify market response and users' real willingness to pay for the solution. We move to the next phase only when there is a positive economic response.

  • 4.

    Consolidation and growth (Beta version)

With commercial viability confirmed, we build the Beta version. In this phase we refine the technical structure, security, and code stability so the product can scale and handle growing usage volumes over time.

Portfolio architecture and project management

Every solution developed within AS Digital Services operates as an autonomous entity, with its own identity and its own roadmap. All of our initiatives nevertheless share the same central infrastructure and the same quality standards.

  • 1.

    Strategic and operational autonomy

Every product is born to address a specific problem and follows its own independent growth path. This separation allows us to maintain maximum focus on each individual project, adopting for each the most suitable market choices, technologies and operational models.

  • 2.

    Centralised infrastructure and expertise

Products benefit from shared infrastructure at company level: code security, monitoring systems and data analysis methods. This approach avoids redundancies and applies corporate best practices to all solutions under development.

  • 3.

    Ethical standards and transparency

We apply rigorous quality and user-respect criteria across our entire portfolio. We design essential software, free of superfluous or misleading features, focused solely on delivering concrete utility to those who use it and on ensuring maximum transparency in data management.

  • 4.

    In-house development and specialist expertise

We maintain full intellectual property (IP) and direct control over every solution we build. We develop in-house, but when a project requires highly specialised vertical skills, we collaborate with selected specialists to bring in targeted expertise while always retaining technical direction and product quality.

Building sustainable technology for the digital future

Our goal is to develop a diversified portfolio of digital products capable of generating real value over time, operating with efficiency, responsibility and full strategic independence.
